         We have several different facilities for hire with rates to suit  your individual purpose.

                        The prices shown here are a  guideline for an event (minimum50 people). 

 

                       Please note that members are given a generous discount on all hire charges,                                                 it's good business to  become a  member of Pickering Brook Sports Club

           MAIN FUNCTION ROOM / DANCE FLOOR  $500 per night/day

 

​

   This area can easily accommodate up to 150+                                                                                                 people in a formal dining  arrangement in                                                                                                       comfort and still leaving room to dance                                                                                                           the night away.

                                                                                                                                                                             Alternatively it can be set up in conference or                                                                                                 training configuration with or without tables.

​

   $200 cleaning bond also required.

    KITCHEN FACILITIES  $150

 If you need kitchen facilities we have a fully                                                                                             equipped  commercial kitchen on the premises.                                                                                         Here you can prepare and keep warm all your                                                                                          favorite dishes or if you require a chef we can                                                                                           help put you in touch with our Club's chef

                                                                                                                          With 8 different beers on tap and a good selection                                                                                           of local wines cider and other beers all at                                                                                                       reasonable prices we can cover most tastes.

                                                                                                                             Please note that under our club licence we are                                                                                                restricted to serving members and their guests,

                                                                                  however, we can apply for a extended trading                                                                                                permit for private functions with that cost passed                                                                                          onto the hirer.
